A few weeks ago we were treated to a cooking demo from Chef James Burden formerly of @liftbistropub and @missionberkshires fame. Sourcing all his ingredients from farmers at our market he was able to pull together a delicious sautee that wowed the crowd of on-lookers and taste-testers. We’re so lucky to have such a plethora of local farms bringing fresh ingredients every week and talented kitchen all-stars in the area! Thank you @burdenlicious 🔥
This week, we’re in for another treat! Anna Gershenson from TV’s The Natural Cook is a professional chef, recipe developer and caterer and will be on hand to whip up something special from ingredients she finds from the farmers at the market.
She’ll get the cooking show on the road at 10am this Saturday!
